Alexander McQueen's spring/summer collection at Paris Fashion Week was futuristic, inspired by On the Origin of Species. The pieces crossed over from fashion to abstract/surreal art with splashes of traditional rose patterns. His futuristic woman wore engineered silk, tulle and latex. The shoes and hair were quite something else! With the shoes making the models feet look like hooves! Big shoulders and neck cuffs were key pieces.
