I have been researching into next Autumn/Winter's trends to see where our high street is heading - Trend Union was bang on last time, so I am turning to them again. One of their predicted trends is 'Magic Mushrooms' -

Voluminous textures created from fantasy yarns will mushroom into the mainstream stacked one upon the other in ever-evolving volumes perfectly mimicking autumn’s favourites.
In cooler and softer neutrals on hallucinating textiles with rebounding surfaces and pleated or folded designs, we will hunt for the forbidden food and hide in sculptural form.
