Recent Purchases

This week once again I could not resist making some purchases, however I did keep it cheap and to Primark - so therefore I think I am only half in the wrong...? Anyway, finally after waiting since christmas pink (like the real ballet shoes) pumps are in stores! - I was actually debating buying a real pair of ballet shoes to wear, but was told they wouldn't last too long outside! lol. So thankfully now Primark have produced a pair, which I had to have! - as well as these I got one of their Cath Kidston knock offs that I mentioned previously. As well as a denim shirt, and to go with the ballet pumps a tutu skirt - in grey because they ran out of the pink :( But I am wearing it today and loving it, it also got many compliments.

How adorbale is this locket?! Its from brand Made By Me With Love - on sale on ebay currently. Its a locket with a copy of the original illustration of the white rabbit from Alice in Wonderland in a glass dome. With additional space inside to put your own photos.

Street Style

Lately I have been noticing a number of people carrying around Cath Kidston handbags and totes (even in Tokyo last week!) For the past couple seasons we have seen rose patterns on everything from dresses, skirts, tops and accessories; and now it seems people have sourced the real deal that is Cath Kidston. Their vintage rose prints have soured in popularity and this is being reflected in street fashion. High street stores have also spotted this trend; and even Primark has created their own two versions of Cath Kidston bags. One a patent pink polka dot zip bag, the other a box style bag with a very similar white background rose pattern to the one featured below. When Primark has it you know its a current trend!
